Abandoned puppies highlight animal neglect concerns in Abilene

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Three severely neglected puppies were dumped at the Taylor Jones Humane Society, an act caught on the shelter's surveillance cameras. According to shelter staff, the puppies were left outside the facility after hours in visibly poor health. All three were suffering from fur loss, open scabs, and signs of neglect.
