The government is presenting a bill to ensure that people who are addicted to drugs are primarily met with good health care and follow-up, not punishment. Minister of Justice and Emergency Situations Astri Aas-Hansen and Minister of Health and Social Care Jan Christian Vestre will present part II of the government's prevention and treatment reform for the drug field on Thursday, April 10.
