The Roertunnel and the Swalmen Tunnel near Roermond on the A73 motorway have reopened to traffic, according to Rijkswaterstaat (the Dutch Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management). The road was partially closed for several hours due to a technical malfunction. The cause of the malfunction is unknown.
