A woman was detained in St. Petersburg for writing an inscription referring to the Koran near a church. This was reported by the Fontanka newspaper on Telegram. The citizen left an inscription “AYAT 9:5” near the Church of St. Blessed Xenia of Petersburg. She was probably referring to the fifth verse of Sura At-Tawbah (Repentance).
