A Time Four Paws owner arrested on cruelty charges, dogs adopted

HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The owner of an animal daycare and rescue center in Halfmoon now faces enhanced charges in an animal cruelty case. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office issued a call to action and asked the community for help re-homing the animals.  Any dog owner would be mortified.
