A surprising change in the draft on neo-judges

The Ministry of Justice is withdrawing from the liquidation of the Professional Liability Chamber in the Supreme Court. Its composition is mostly neo-judges. This is the Chamber that replaced the illegal Disciplinary Chamber in 2022. The Professional Liability Chamber was established by President Andrzej Duda, who also appointed all 11 judges sitting on it.
