The square next to the Hondarribia Parish Church will be named after María Garro, one of the four women accused of witchcraft in 1611. The proposal passed in the Ordinary Municipal Plenary Session, thanks to the votes in favor from Abotsanitz and EH Bildu, and the abstentions of EAJ-PNV and PSE-EE, responding to the proposal from Emeki registered in March.
