The Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB) today began the adjudicative hearing phase as part of the tariff review process that began in the summer and could result in further increases to the cost of electricity service.
Between this Wednesday and December 17, dozens of witnesses will appear before the Energy Bureau, which will have the final say on the adjustment to the bills.
