The Ministry of Treasury and Finance's Revenue Administration's circular regarding online advertisements has been published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force. With this regulation, e-commerce sites and social media platforms are now required to report the identity and transaction information of advertisers to the Ministry of Finance every month.
