One of the country's largest real estate companies, Darnu Group, is undertaking the implementation of a large-scale private housing district, Nojai, according to a press release from the company.
The district will not only house construction, but also fully developed infrastructure: from roads, paths, lighting and landscaping, to a kindergarten, a SPA center with a sports club, an active leisure and recreation area, a cafe and other necessary daily services. The company estimates that investments in the project will amount to about 100 million euros.
Real estate development company Darnu Group is planning a new residential quarter in the Salininkai district of Vilnius. The company is planning to invest EUR 100 million in the area of more than 26 hectares and offer 270 apartments of various sizes.
