BIELLA — This morning, April 24, in Cossila San Grato, a hamlet of Biella, a man fired several gunshots after a fight between neighbors, but no one was hurt. After a dispute, the man railed against some neighbors and the policemen intervened; at which point some bullets were fired at both the agents and the tenants of the surrounding apartments.
