Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained that the talks were initially scheduled for last Sunday, but that additional coordination between the three parties was needed. "Now, the second cycle will take place on Wednesday and Thursday," he said.
This week, Ukraine, Russia, and the US plan to discuss ending the war. Cassis is now trying to involve the OSCE, which is chaired by Switzerland.
