A Hubei Man Hit Someone with His Car and Hid the Victim in a Waste Toilet, Causing His Death

A Hubei man named Xing hit a person while driving in the early morning. He then dragged the injured person to an abandoned toilet and hid him there. He returned twice to check on him.
