The Municipality of Maribor, together with Nigrad, has embarked on a thorough renovation of municipal roads before the end of the year. By 2029, around 70 kilometers of the most damaged road sections will be renovated, which, according to the head of the city's municipal office, Andraž Mlaker, will cost around 25 million euros. An additional million has been secured through the budget amendment.
