A father arrived at a Georgia home with a stuffed animal for his son, but he was met by a stepdad in a bulletproof vest who now faces a life sentence

Nicholas Michael Mimms has been sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole following his conviction for the 2021 killing of Eduardo Gilberto Figueroa.
