At the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains, in the village of Vasil Levski, the family farm "Pod Balkana" combines tradition and innovation in the production of dairy and meat delicacies from rare Bulgarian breeds. Founded in 2003 by Tanya and Nikola Kulovi, the farm closes the entire production cycle - from free grazing in the heart of the Central Balkan National Park to direct sales of handmade products.
