At around 5 a.m. today (28), a passenger car crash occurred on the Beibin Highway in Anle District, Keelung City. A drunk driver crashed into a guardrail and overturned, subsequently affecting a large tanker truck in an adjacent lane. Fortunately, the driver of the car only suffered minor scratches and bruises. The accident was handled by the police and traffic has resumed.
