Doctor Marie Voříšková, a figure in Czech pediatric cardiology, has died. She was 95 years old. In the 1980s, she helped build a unique system of centralized care for children with congenital heart defects, for which she was awarded. The death of the respected doctor was announced by the Motol University Hospital, where she was the chief physician for many years.
