Toyo Murakami, a 43-year-old temporary worker from Mihara-cho, Tsuruoka City, was arrested on the spot for allegedly biting and injuring a man he did not know. Murakami is suspected of biting a man in his 60s who lives in a house in Ohanda, Tsuruoka City, several times on the arm and chest at around 5:50 a.m. on the 23rd, causing injuries. The two men did not know each other, and Murakami was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
