- Early Sunday, Johnson was driving a lime green Lamborghini Urus on Sunshine Boulevard when a white sedan pulled alongside and opened fire more than a dozen times, police spokesperson Janice McIntosh confirmed.
- Frantic calls captured witnesses pleading for help, with one resident reporting, "Somebody just ran into my house," as two other passengers were critically injured in the attack.
- Detectives continue searching for the white sedan and suspect, urging anyone with information to contact Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 while the investigation remains active.
- Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss stated he believes the victims were targeted, saying, "We believe they may have been followed to the area, but we are still combing through those details.
