9/11 Memorial Stair Climb honors fallen firefighters - The Oxford Eagle

The Oxford-Lafayette community will come together on Sept. 6 for the annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at the Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. The event pays tribute to the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on Sept. 11, 2001, by inviting participants to climb 110 flights of stairs, symbolizing the height of the World Trade Center towers.
