85°C Bakery Cafe in Salmon Creek launches ‘soft open’

The Taiwanese chain 85°C Bakery Café has opened a new location at 14019 N.E. 10th Ave., Suite 616, in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver. The store’s “soft opening” hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through the end of March, though most locations stay open until 7 or 9 p.m. The Salmon Creek store’s official grand opening is March 27, said a company representative.
