KERSHAW, S.C. – A 83-year-old woman was killed in a hit and run in Lancaster County on Tuesday night, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. It happened just before 9 p.m. on U.S. 521 near Pine Ridge Drive in Kershaw, South Carolina.
