DULUTH, Minn.- The Section 7A championship for boys basketball is officially set. On Thursday, the defending champion Cherry Tigers defeated the Cromwell-Wright Cardinals 87 to 53 in the semifinals. They’ll next meet Deer River, who topped Mountain Iron-Buhl 73 to 61 in the other semifinal contest.
