The judges and prosecutors will go on strike from Tuesday until Thursday in protest at two legislative reforms promoted by the Ministry of Justice: the one that foresees changes in the form of access to both careers and the one that modifies the statute that regulates the Public Prosecutor's Office in order to adapt it to the law that will leave the investigation of criminal cases to the prosecutors.
