ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Coroner Sean Fogle has identified the person who was killed in a Saturday automobile collision, said the coroner’s office. The August 9 collision happened on I-95 NB at mile marker 95, in Santee. The person identified is 70-year-old Linda Ross of Orlando, Florida.
