Cd. of Mexico.- Seven elements of the Culiacán Municipal Police were arrested after a confrontation with agents of the State Preventive Police (PEP) outside a private clinic in the capital of Sinaloa. The Ministry of Public Security (SSPE) of Sinaloa reported that the arrests were carried out due to the behavior of the municipalities on the night of June 2, when a shooting broke out after two persons injured by firearms entered the clinic.
