AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) - A man who was critically injured following a shooting last weekend in downtown Augusta has died. Authorities say 61-year-old Tracy Waddell was shot in the head around 2 a.m. on Saturday, April 19th near the 900 block of Broad Street, as bars and clubs were closing.
