On the 31st, Nara Police arrested a self-proclaimed unemployed man, Morio Okamoto (59) from Moriguchi City, Osaka Prefecture, on suspicion of violating the prefectural nuisance prevention ordinance for taking upskirt photos of women's underwear in Nara Park (Nara City). He admitted to the charges, saying, "If I post a video of my underwear on YouTube, the number of views will increase and my income will increase."
