- Jose de Jesus Ortega and Danielle Nadine Davila face federal charges for allegedly intervening in an ICE arrest at the Ontario Advanced Surgery Center.
- Ortega was arrested, while Davila remains at large.
- They could face heavy penalties, including up to eight years for assault and six years for conspiracy if convicted.
