SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - An investigation is underway after an inmate death was reported Tuesday in Spartanburg County. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office responded to Spartanburg Medical Center after 45-year-old Shawn Michael Nafziger was pronounced dead.
