42% of births in Almeria are already of foreign parents

Andalusia recorded in the second quarter of 2024 a total of 14,184 births and 17,569 deaths, confirming the demographic winter experienced by the autonomous community. Births in which some parent was a foreigner were 2,819, 19.9% of the total, although in the province of Almería, which suffers the most from the arrival of pateras, the percentage reaches 41.6%.
