41 per Cent of Puerto Rico’s Population Has High Social Vulnerability to Natural Disasters

According to Sin Comillas, it is estimated that in 2023, almost two in five (41.1%) Puerto Ricans had three or more risk factors that make them vulnerable to natural disasters. This percentage has been reduced when compared to 46.1% in 2019, 44.1% in 2021 and 42.7% in 2022.
