More than a Third of Americans Say MOU Better for Iran
Most respondents say the agreement favors Tehran, and two-thirds say the administration sought an end to the conflict rather than a full policy victory.
- A CBS News/YouGov poll released Sunday shows 78% of Americans say the U.S. should end the war in Iran "now," while 79% believe the peace agreement will not bring pro-Western leadership to Tehran.

- What's more, 57% of Americans think the war caused more problems than it solved, with only 21% seeing a positive outcome, while 42% of respondents expect gas prices to decline as oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz stabilize.

- As 60 days of negotiations continue, 69% of those surveyed say the United States has not permanently stopped Iran's nuclear program, while 59% believe Iran will likely threaten its neighbors in the coming months.
