(KMUV) -- A magnitude 3.9 earthquake shook homes across the Central Coast Monday afternoon at 1:26 p.m. According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake's epicenter was located seven miles southwest of Tres Pinos at a depth of 5.6 miles.
