Scotland's First Passivhaus Leisure Development Opens in Blairgowrie

SCOTLAND’S first Passivhaus leisure development has officially been opened in Blairgowrie. Designed by Holmes Miller, the £36 million project was delivered by Hub East Central Scotland on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council with BAM Construction leading the build.
