33rd St Reconstruction completed, 13th opened up to two-way traffic

Residents impacted over the last several months by the 33rd St Reconstruction project have no doubt noticed that the project recently wrapped up. As Deputy City Manager Collin Bielser reported the completion of the project to Hays City Commissioners on July 24, 2025, he noted that the 33rd St Reconstruction projected finished nearly three months ahead of its September 30th deadline.
