33-year-old Charles Anthony Forame IV of Brooklyn Park pled guilty to sexually exploiting teenage girls, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Maryland, on Wednesday.Authorities say Forame used his Snapchat account to meet teenage girls.
