3 Poundland stores saved amid 18 scheduled closures over the coming months
Poundland will close 18 stores but saved three by reaching new landlord agreements during restructuring after Gordon Brothers takeover, risking around 1,300 jobs.

- Amid clearance sales, Poundland retail director Darren MacDonald added, `The special reductions, on top of the value we provide in every store, will help us leave locations we’re leaving with pride`, as two stores closed on October 5.
