3 Georgetown teens face charges in Pawleys Island vehicle break-ins

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. (WBTW) -- Three teenagers are facing charges in connection with several vehicle break-ins in Pawleys Island, police said. Police released surveillance video on Sept. 8 to alert residents to the break-ins. It showed a person going up to the driver's side door of a parked car and checking to see whether it was locked.
