The National Meteorological Administration has issued new severe weather warnings. The first, a yellow code for torrential rain, hail and storms, comes into effect today, at 12:00, and is valid until the night. Also, an atmospheric instability information came into effect at 10:00 and expires Friday morning, at 9:00.
