Two complaints were submitted to the tender for the new Maksimir stadium, submitted by two individuals unknown to the public - Ante Slisković and Luka Frljužec. Due to the value of the procurement, each of the two appellants had to pay a fee of 66,360 euros for initiating the proceedings, or a total of 132,720 euros for the two appeals.
The first two appeals came to the tender for the conceptual solution and design of the new Maksimir stadium, announced the State Commission for Control of Public Procurement Procedures (DKOM). As 24sati learned, they were submitted by two natural persons — Ante Slisković and Luka Frljužec.
