Two hundred persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City have been transferred to the Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm (SPPF) in Occidental Mindoro.Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gregorio Pio P.
