Two women from New York were charged Monday after police say they stole more than $9,000 worth of clothes from stores at the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall in Bergen County.Police said they watched as two women made multiple trips in the early afternoon between their parked SUV and the mall off Route 17 in Paramus.
