American Citizen Beaten to Death by Israeli Settlers in Occupied West Bank
WEST BANK, PALESTINE, JUL 12 – Two Palestinians, including a U.S. citizen, were killed by Israeli settlers amid a rise in settler attacks and over 2,150 incidents recorded in the West Bank this year, officials said.
- Last Friday in Sinjil, Palestinian American Saif al-Din Muslat was fatally beaten by Israeli settlers, with Mohammed Shalabi shot dead during the same attack.
- Escalating settler attacks in the West Bank have surged since the Gaza war in late 2023, with at least 998 Palestinians killed and over 7,000 injured, amid settlement expansion efforts.
- Medical report confirmed death from a chest bullet wound; victim was a U.S. citizen who traveled from Tampa, Florida.
