2 indicted in cattle theft ring - Wise County Messenger

Two people arrested earlier this year in a cattle theft ring have been indicted by a Wise County grand jury. Joey Raydale Dickey of Sunset and Brian Edward Tribble of Decatur were both indicted for theft of property $30,000 to $150,000, a second degree felony offense.
