Two Delaware men were held for court Monday in the shooting death of 24-year-old Wilmington resident Ky-Aire Henry in Chester last year. Kenneth L. Griffin, 34, New Castle, and Charles Howard, 32, Wilmington, are each charged with criminal homicide, murder in the first and third degree, conspiracy and weapons offenses.
