Grp Capt Parulkar, IAF Legend Known for Daring POW Camp Escape During 1971 War in Pak, Passes Away at 82

PUNE DIVISION, MAHARASHTRA, AUG 10 – Group Captain Dilip Parulkar led a courageous escape from a Pakistani PoW camp during the 1971 war and was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal for his leadership, the Indian Air Force said.
