A 19-year-old passenger died and a driver was injured in a crash Tuesday evening on the Garden State Parkway in Ocean County, according to the New Jersey State Police.Troopers responded to the crash at 8:22 p.m. on the Garden State Parkway South at milepost 75.7 in Lacey Township.
