Windsor police have arrested a suspect wanted for a bizarre theft last week.Officers were called to a house on University Avenue East near Marentette Avenue on June 23. They were told that three masked people had hopped a fence the night before and entered an exotic bird coop on the property.Thirty exotic birds, worth a total of $30,000, were stolen.
